About my story
Hi, I’m Amy Johnson—author, women’s wellness coach, and founder of Grace Guidance.
I created this space for people who are healing, growing, questioning, rebuilding, and learning how to trust themselves again. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported as we reconnect with who we truly are.
Through Grace Guidance, I offer coaching, writing, journals, and resources that encourage self-reflection, emotional honesty, personal growth, and compassion. Whether through a conversation, a journal prompt, or the pages of a book, my hope is to help people feel less alone and more connected to the person they are becoming.
My writing has grown from my own journey through recovery, faith, motherhood, healing, and self-discovery. While I once thought my first book would be a memoir, I have chosen to carry pieces of that truth into a more creative path. Fiction has given me room to explore healing, desire, transformation, and becoming through magical worlds and layered characters.
When I’m not writing or coaching, you’ll probably find me exploring Alaska’s trails, spending time with family and friends, drinking tea, or dreaming up my next book.
